Refund Policy

1. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for services booked in advance (e.g., unit rentals, cold storage, lab testing) and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before service commencement.

  • Partially used services or no-shows.

  • Administrative fees or charges already incurred.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. For refund requests, contact us at info@shreekanganfoodpark.com with your booking details.
